Frequently Asked Questions
How do the automata move?
Each piece uses a mechanical structure designed to create gentle, rhythmic movement. Depending on the design, motion may be activated by turning a crank, pressing a control, or using the mechanism built into the piece. Please refer to each product page for its specific operating method.
Is every piece exactly the same?
No — and that is part of its character. Because natural wood varies in grain, tone, and texture, each piece may have slight visual differences. Small variations in hand-finished details are also normal and make every piece subtly unique.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically require 3–7 business days for preparation, followed by approximately 7–15 business days for shipping. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or for remote destinations.
What if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return window after delivery, subject to our return conditions. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
